Quality Price Taste I love my pork patties so I was reluctant to try bison sausage. I ordered this on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. While my heart is with what I grew up on, the healthier choice is this. It was pretty tasty so it doesnt feel like I am eating health food. It felt and tasted like a sausage patty.
