Price Taste Quality I'm sure this would be the first thing people would try. I was afraid initially that the meat might be dry or gamey. NEITHER of those is true. The burgers are moist and every bit as tasty as a burger made with beef. I have lost as of today 16 pounds and switching to body by bison products has been a big part of my success.
