Price Taste Quality Bison has been part of my normal diet now for about a year. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes and instead of settling to do the pharmaceuticals I decided to change the ole diet and start exercising again. All meat I eat is chicken, turkey and bison. This pack has been excellent. The burgers are a perfect size, the dogs plump up larger then bun size and oh the Italian sausages are just incredible. I do them like we used to get sausages sandwiches on the Sea Side Boardwalk. Boil them for a while, fry them to brown and smother them with sautéed mushrooms and onions. Oh it just doesn't get much better than that. And I am diabetes free and my bad cholesterol is under where it should be and my good cholesterol is over where it should be.
