Bison Burger + Grilled Guacamole

12 oz ground grass-fed bison
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and form into 4 patties. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 to 6 minutes, or until burgers reach an internal temperature of 155°F.

2. To serve, top each patty with 2 tablespoons grilled guacamole (recipe: Healthy Burger Toppings).

Makes 4 servings.
Per serving: 145 cal, 7 g fat (2.5 g sat), 3 g carbs, 90 mg sodium, 1 g fiber, 18 g protein
